What can I have?

Hi guys,

On my 4th day on exante now and still 100%. I was wondering though, after looking at other posts are there some things we can have apart from the shakes, bars etc?

I know that coke zero is okay and green tea. But how about normal tea, with a slither of milk and sweetener? I miss my tea more than anything. Also, if I was to have a can of tuna, being that it is protein would this be okay?

I've been having skimmed milk in my coffee, and it doesn't seem to have affected my losses so far.

I have an emergency tub of low fat cottage cheese in the fridge if I feel I just have to chew something, but so far i've managed not to need it! For me, I know that when i start having things to eat, I'll be on a downward spiral!
