I'm away for a few days this week - staying in a hotel in the Cotswolds (room only) for a couple of nights, then staying at sister-in-laws for a night, then camping in wales for 2 nights.
Any ideas of food items I can take with me so I don't go completely overboard.
I'm not back on the plan properly yet but want to limit the damage.
So far I've thought of
Alpen light bars
Crispbreads
Sweeteners
Fruit
Can anyone think of anything else, that would be handy to have at my disposal?
And also good ideas for choices when eating out?
