Extra Easy What do I do when I reach my target weight?

    Thanx for your notes of welcome and encouragement.

    Do I carry on as normal....adding in extra syns or just eat healthily and hope for the best?

    Thanks - I'm hoping to reach my goal weight by the end of the month.

    Argh.... don't up your syns, no no no!!!

    Lol!

    Nope, you add in extra healthy extras until you stop losing and maintain your weight. That's the SW line. If you increase syns then the possibility of slipping back into old habits can occur and tbh it's not the healthiest way of eating. Have some more bread, cereal or cheese for example.

    I tend to have a day off and then stick to the normal plan for the rest of the time, that's what works for me!

    Thats a great idea - so I could basically have a diet-free weekend and stick to the plan mid-week!

    Anyway as you have all said 100 times "SW DOESNT EVEN FEEL LIKE A DIET!"

    Should I keep my sins at the lower end mid week do you think to make up for the weekend feasting?!

    I never really reduce my syns unless I'm struggling to lose any excess pounds. I like 15 syns and I take them. At target you should be able to have a day off, just don't feast too much or the pounds will go back on. I am suffering the consequences of too many weekends socialising and now have 3lb to lose to get back to my target and losing it at the stage of the game is really hard!

    You will find your own way, you'll go up and down but that's only natural. xx
