So I'm on week three now and aam week seems to be fast approaching. I think I may be developing a sort of phobia about food if that makes sense?
The thought of eating scares me as I am so worried I will put weight straight back on and I'm starting to wonder how I'm going to cope when I get to goal.
So I thought rather than doing a full AAMW would it be ok if I AAM once a week for 3 weeks, then twice a week for three weeks etc so that by the time I get to goal I should be on at least 5 low calorie meals a week?
I just think as I put on weight so easily my body needs to gradually get used to food again. Also I'm scared that I may develop an unhealthy obsession with not wanting to eat!
Also I am pretty much a veggie, don't particulary want meat if I have a choice so would it be ok to eat a quorn fillet with salad and spring onions or quorn beef style pieces with some green veg? Sorry I can't find the list if foods were allowed!
Thanks x
