What do you do to boost your weekly loss??

    Been on slimming world since nov and am very happy with the progress, need a boost this week to loose a bit more any advice on what boosts your weight loss??? Thought would have a go at some new ideas for a change so not to get board!! :rolleyes:

    Dare I say exercise and scan bran!!!!! I always lose more when I eat loads of beans too.

    Exercise , makes a huge difference , even if its just a half hour walk a day

    Even just a little bit fo exercise.

    I've been doing two steps forward, one step back... loosing two, gaining one for weeks now.

    Last week I walked the 15 minutes to the train station instead of taking the bus, and the same on the way home... i lost 5lb that week!

    I can only think to attribute that to the increased walking cos my food diary was pretty much the same as previous weeks.

    (oh...and less alcohol!):D
