What do you do to boost your weekly loss??


Back to basics!
Even just a little bit fo exercise.

I've been doing two steps forward, one step back... loosing two, gaining one for weeks now.

Last week I walked the 15 minutes to the train station instead of taking the bus, and the same on the way home... i lost 5lb that week!

I can only think to attribute that to the increased walking cos my food diary was pretty much the same as previous weeks.

(oh...and less alcohol!):D
