yes every time I do have a craving I'm making myself some Vanilla flavored Red Tea . It helped everytime I did it. Red tea has no cafeine in it and can be drank at any time of the day.

I move! I either go out, start some housework or even go to bed! :)

Drink some more water or green tea and remind myself of why I am doing this and also come on here to have a read and a browse through the before and after pics :)

drink plenty of water, will take away your hunger.
a sneaky tip i found to do if ur craving something to chew on.... then get some ice. crush it into smaller chunks and chew on that. its basically water ur eating so no harm no fowl. i find adding crushed ice to a glass of water helps me out allot as u can drink it then chew on the chunks.

Read catalogues - find clothes i want to wear when im super hot!

Look at holiday brochures for all the holidays ive planned when im super slim and hot!

Work out how long till my next goal, next milestone, next stone, what my body Fat % is, making graphs and spreadsheets about it! lol

Reading success stories for inspiration

and remembering what it feels like to cheat and feel crap about it after.
