Hi Anne
I had a tummy tuck and a breast lift after losing 4.5 stone about 2 years ago.
If the doctors give you the go ahead and finance allow then I would say go for it. After two children and losing so much weight I was left with boobs that resembled snooker balls in tube socks and a miserable apron of skin that sat on my lap even though I was 9.5 stone. I maintained my weight loss for one year and then went ahead with Bupa, found a fantastic surgeon who specialist in breast reconstruction and still think it was the best money I ever spent. Even when I went up to 13 stone my stomach was still lovely and flat and my boobs stayed where they were supposed to, no I am down to 11stone 3lbs and my boobs are still sat where they are supposed to and my stomach is looking amazing - the first thing I do every morning is admire my lovely flat stomach in the mirror, I had my muscles tightened up at the same time as the op so I have defined muscles there that I am now seeing again as the weight falls away.
It's a very personal decision to make but if you really want it, research it, find a good surgeon that you can see pics of his/her work and go for it.
Hope this helps, if you have any in depth questions just pm me and I will give you all the gory details you need.
By the way, both ops together cost me £7500 (had just sold my house and made quite a bit of profit, wish I had that much spare now lol) as with Bupa they had not put their prices up for 9 years.
