The place I used is called Runners World - the lady at body combat recommended them as my feet would kill me by the end of class, I ended up paying £85 for my trainers but so worth it! I went here:Mens & Womens Running Shoes, Adidas Trainers, Saucony Running Shoes but I think most specialist trainer shops would offer that service (sorry for coming off topic a bit everyone) xx

I got fitted for running shoes at Runners World. I was videod on the treadmill. I run balls of the feet first which is apparently unusual but I think he said Paula Radcliff also runs the same way. I got some New balance trainers - they do wide fittings - and then some gel inserts for my arch.
I can really feel the difference between those and my 'normal' trainers. Well worth getting fitted properly.
I love spinning and body pump (the main reason I stopped Lighter Life is that exercise actually slowed down my weight loss!) try to do a class a day - felt energetic this morning and did both - bet I feel it tomorrow!!
