What exercise have you done today - your fitness log?

4.5 hours of golf yesterday 773 calories

Friday is my total rest day on my half marathon training plan (one week done, 13 to go). But as I don't have a car I still walked by normal 30min to work and 30min back. Hoping to get some good runs in this weekend and not get too wet!
