Hi, wondered if someone who has been doing RC for a while can help me. I am halfway through week 2 and I know I have another 2 weeks of 1400 before I get my personal calorie allowance but I like to plan ahead. 
If I do manage to lose a stone in the 4 weeks my new cal allowance according to the BMR in the book is 2184. This is almost 1000 cals more than I am eating at the moment, how on earth will I use those cals??
