What happens next...?

    Hi, wondered if someone who has been doing RC for a while can help me. I am halfway through week 2 and I know I have another 2 weeks of 1400 before I get my personal calorie allowance but I like to plan ahead. ;)

    If I do manage to lose a stone in the 4 weeks my new cal allowance according to the BMR in the book is 2184. This is almost 1000 cals more than I am eating at the moment, how on earth will I use those cals??

    Its surprising how easily you can use that amount of calories up. Breakfast cereal, bread, potatoes, pasta, rice are all quite high in calories per portion, so adding an extra sandwich, and extra 50g of cereal, etc will soon eat into your extra allowance. The main thing to remember is not to try and use them up on foods above 5% fat. You will obviously be able to have a few extras such as a bag of french fries with your sandwich, a glass of wine in the evening, and of course you can save them up for a weekend if you are going out to use on a meal or drinks etc.
    You will find once you get your allowance, it won't take long to work out an eating plan using them. Have faith :D
