Still early days for me but I realised last night that I'd had no bread at all since starting and I didn't even notice. I don't think I will drink much wine, prefer to have extra G&T or Vodka & diet lemonade.
I haven't given up anything really, if I want chocolate or a cookie I'll use my syns. I swapped all the full fat stuff for the healthy versions, like diet juice instead of ordinary, butter to light marg, white bread to brown and sugar to sweetener, fry light instead of olive oil etc. Think the moment I start thinking I gave something up I'll start craving it and I have no self control when it comes to food so I'd just end up binging, so yeah.. not given anything up!

Full fat spreads
Cooking Oil
'Proper' sausage
Pork pie
Crisps
Salted peanuts
Biscuits
Cakes (unless home made & synned)
Fresh cream
'Chippie' fish & chips
Take out's (except the occasional chinese) - I make my own curries now
Sweets
Chocolates
Booze (although I never drank much anyway)
Full fat cheese's
