Breakfast I had 2 eggs and 2 slices of wholemeal toast, aka egg and soliders

Lunch I hadddd...nothing, er an alpen light bar, muller light yogurt, 3 babybel lights and a banana!

Tea I had egg fried rice, with stir fry and a skinny cow icecream, with a mug of horlicks before bed

I'm starving for some reason, bare In mind I got up out of bed at around 12pm, so breakfast was late in the day!

good luck for group tonight .. i have only had breakfast so far.. usual of passion fruit, sharon fruit, kiwi fruit and a couple of fresh figs, topped wth muller light and 28g toasted oats ( HEB) ..... delish.. however , I am really hungry today ( do you ever wake up having what I describe as a 'hungry day' and then others you are totally stuffed after nothing more than half a blueberry?)... so in a mo I am off into the kitchen to fill my actifry with fatbum chips.. i think that 10 in the morning is a perfectly respectable time to be eating chips :) Have a good day everyone :)

I had a green day yesterday and didn't feel too good at first so didn't eat very much. Felt better by the evening though.

Green Day

Breakfast:

Very low fat yog, with red grapes, followed by an apple

Lunch:
SW quiche with a salad, followed by sugar free jelly and clementines

Dinner:
Quorn and bean chilli with either rice or couscous

Snacks:
skimmed milk (HA) in tea, banana, apple

Total Syns: none yet ! Not finished my day yet so I'll have a few syns and HB's to add later :)

For breakfast I had two slices of WM bread (HEb), some leftover baked beans and a fried egg, with a cup of tea with milk from HEa allowance. I'm still really full so will probs have some fruit until tea time. No idea about tea time!

Its a SW secret !!!! but as its you i will let you in as long as you swear to guard its properties with your life!!

Ok...

28g of dry porridge oats
muller light of any flavour you care for.

Thats it !!

Mix said oats with said muller place in fridge overnight,

in morning place said mix into micro and heat through ( not bake) do it slow like as it will curdle the mix

There you have it SW magic porridge Syn free if oats as a HEXB

you can have it cold if you want and or with added fruits as preferred.

i already did my breakfast, thought i could edit post but cant find a way to do it ...
breakfast, chopped fruit ( passion, sharon, kiwi and mango) with a muller light and 28g toasted porridge oats sprinkled on top (HEB)
lunch - quorn bramley apple sausages, baked beans, mushrooms ( sauteed in fry light), fatbum chips ( cooked in the tefal with frylight)
( all free so far on the EE.. i belive.. hope! lol)
sins 1 cadburys highlghts ( from sachet) 1.5 sins but another one to come later
dinner.. when i get around to doing it, lemongrass and corriander cous cous with chopped mango and sweet chilli sauce ( 2 sins for the chilli sauce)
HXA used as milk in tea
sins altogether 5 if I have added it up right.
Have also done 5k on the exersize bke but took me 12.5 mns tonight rather than the 11 yesterday?!? maybe i had the resisitence up a bit without realising or maybe i am just cream crackered from yesterday!
