Mango chunks, Mullerlight (5 for £1 at Tesco), Clementine, Hi-Fi Bar (HEX B)

For lunch I'm having:
Ainsley Morroccan Cous cous (1/2 syn per packet), Tesco barbecue chicken (1syn per pack), and salad.

So far I've had:

Breakfast - M&S Fat free Yogurt (1 Syn), grapes and 2 x clementines

Lunch - 2 X toast (HEB), Ham and cheese (HEA) with salad

Dinner - unsure yet, haven't been able to get to the supermarket because of weather so whatever I throw together

1 syn for a cuppa

so 2 syns so far and both HEs used....

Worked it out on the online calculator and the syns online both came up at 1/2 syn. I'm doing Extra Easy today, sorry should have put that in my post. x

Breakfast - summerfruits berries and FF natural yoghurt. A banana a bit later on.

Lunch - Jacket potato with mixed bean chilli and salad (lettuce, pepper, carrot, onion and tinned toms superfree)

Dinner - Kofta curry and SW chips with a tomato and onion salad (tomato, onion SF)

A choice is milk B choice will be 4 ryvita for supper
syns - 3 for cheese on jacket spud 2 for 28g light philly on ryvita and 5 for later!!

Breakfast - HEb cereal mixed in a mullerlight
Snack - apple and banana
Lunch - 2 peppers stuffed with Asda mediterranean tomato cous cous (2 syns) topped with cheese (HEa)
4 mint matchmakers (4 syns)
Tea - will be jacket potato and quorn pieces mixed in a curry style sauce made from VLF fromage frais.
Will probably have 2 alpen lights for my second HEb.

I'm trying to eat regularly as I have heard it helps control cravings as I am finding it hard to get over them after the holiday season, seems to be working as I am stuffed, and I'm also uping my water intake :)

LUNCH: butternut squash, cumin & chilli soup (2.5 syns), 3 x Pagan rolls (hexb), laughin' cow extra light (hex a) and fruit salad

DINNER: chickpea dahl with quorn pieces and plain couscous

SNACKS: gherkins, banana, mint vicount biscuit (3.5)
