What have you just eaten??

for breakfast, i had 30g bitesize shredded wheat with soya milk, strawberries and banana
nothing since then apart from a cup of coffee
 
Whoops : 3 glasses of bubbly and. Fresh Dressed crab and some ryvita thins Yummy
 
Homemade chocolate porridge with a banana chopped in - so worth the 2 syns....
 
last thing i had was my dessert after dinner, a weightwatchers lemon and lime yoghurt and a small bunch of grapes
 
This again, I'm obsessed ;) just the ryvita, dairylea a onion chutney tonight.

Mmm sounds lovely and very posh!

I've had a chopped banana, apple and pear with some alpro natural yoghurt. Trying to make up for the TWO cupcakes AND chicken kebab i had last night!!! eeeK yesterday was not a good day so i need to be right on plan today...gonna go do some bady magic maybe it will help :whacky068:
