Throwing out my size 20's...then 18's....and now my size 16's are getting deliciously loose!!!!! I feel and look great now, so many compliments and I treat myself to non-food treats, like handbags, accessories etc. until I'm a size 14, then I'll blitz the shops.... Lakeside, watch out!!!!!

What motivates me is my holiday to Turkey in august - i will be in a bikini!!!

And the thought of: What do i want more, that piece of cake or to be slim?

    No question!

My holiday in July is my motivation but when I started this we hadn't booked anything or planned to. Just need to lose the weight before the big 4 0 next year. Seeing all the lovely clothes around at the moment also spurs me on. Can't believe I could be wearing them in a couple of months. Can't wait!!

Wel the foxy clothes is a big one for me too but mainly what's keeping me on it is the thoughts of Uni in Septmber. I don't want another year of comparing myself to all the wee young skinnies around me.

Also, big style is the thoughts of playing and running about with the kids. I'm so bloody tired and lacking in energy at this weight that I'm all but useless to them. I can't wait to be normal. :D

For starters, so many people here on minimins motivate and inspire me.

Clothes, clothes and more clothes! Knowing that I'll be much slimmer, all the clothes that I could only dream of wearing, I'll be wearing them! Going to Morocco this year to see my family, I can't wait to show off my new figure.

    HI..
I joined this site Feb 12th the week after me and my daughter started lipo....(only did two posts)

We have both lost 40 pounds each never cheated once and have found this diet FANTASTIC...and a lot easier than we ever imagined but you do need a lot of will power and be determined to stick to it!!!

I have been on this site morning noon and night and feel as though I know many of the regular posters..and I would like to thank you all, you have all "inspired me"
would love to see more of your after pics (but was not an active member.)

We are going for our last weigh in later having one more week on it and then starting refeed in a week got all the notes on it and have also rang for the free samples also got some off chemist.

Would have liked to have stayed on it longer but we are also going to Turkey Summergirl next month hence the refeed.(good luck with selling your clothes)

My daughter looks stunning now she always dressed beautiful before ....even though people are overweight you can still dress nice but some overweight people dont take enough pride in themselves gets off soap box!! (that sounds bad but it is true)

Have a fantastic time in Liverpool Chelly I grew up in the 60s there it is a the best city in the world!!!
