What is Slim and Save

Hi all. I had a look at the slim and save website and the food looks quite nice. Can anyone tell me how it works as I can't see it easily on the website. How many of the meals do you have a day? Does it put the body into ketosis like others such as lighterlife and lipotrim? Any info on it would be appreciated a thanks.
