please could someone fill me in one the 790 plan as i keep reading comments about it and was curious thanks x day 1 on cd ss getting easier when i talk it through with hubby
basicly u have 3 shakes a day then u can have a meal either chcken tuna or white fish cottage cheese then3 tbsp veg either celery lettece corgettes turnip brocoli and cauli i think theres a few other choices but thats all i can remember
