what is the 790 plan

basicly u have 3 shakes a day then u can have a meal either chcken tuna or white fish cottage cheese then3 tbsp veg either celery lettece corgettes turnip brocoli and cauli i think theres a few other choices but thats all i can remember

so do you stick with ss for 2 weeks then go to 790 or do 790 from word go lisa cheers x
