What is your challenge this BH weekend?

Hi,

A few threads on here have touched on BH weekends being that bit harder than normal weekends while doing CD. So, I thought I'd ask the question - what is your biggest challenge this weekend and how are you going to get round it?

For me, aside from just having a bit more time to fill, I am meeting with some friends tomorrow (one I haven't seen for a while) for 'lunch' and drinks while the weather is nice.

A couple of them know I'm doing CD so wont be eating, or drinking anything other than water, but I know my weight and what I am eating will be a talking point - the good and the bad bits (and everyone's opinion).

I am going to get through this by having a shake before I go out then taking a bar with me which I can take mini bites of throughout the afternoon. I may even treat myself to a coffee with a tiny splash of skimmed milk (my CDC has said this is ok from time to time if skimmed milk).

When I get home I will be looking forward to my third shake.

I am only 4lbs from a BMI of 25, i.e. when I can introduce food, so I am really keen to stay 100% this weekend.

Good luck to everyone who reads this, I'd love to hear how you are all coping this weekend.

I plan to go to the gym everyday have been this morning so it's all going to plan;)

I bought some face packs, fizzy water from the supermarket when out shopping.

I have rented 4 dvd's so got plenty of good viewing.

I have spent time internet shopping, and painting my nails today and I will be out watching cricket Sunday and Monday.

I am on here now delaying my tea until my husband and children get home so I don't get tempted when they eat the chicken dinner I have prepared.:D

My challenge is to carry on with the diet 100% Was feeling really off (diet related) before weigh in and was advised to do 810 for a couple of days which I have. This weekend I need to just go back to the shakes which I think will be hard again let alone the fact that I have a bbq to sit through on Monday. But I will do it cos want to be slim more than I want that chicken leg lol.

Good luck to everyone who has their own challenge, you are all doing so well!!

Oh and have a great time in Disneyland curlywurly :D

My challenge is to just be 100%, i stayed the same weight last week (week 2, my weigh in was tuesday) and have been 100% and my scales say i haven't lost any since then!!!

If i don't lose any i will be so gutted...does anyone have any idea why that could possibly happen?

I am also working on Monday and as the restaurant is closed my bosses send out for McDonalds for us all...i know i won't cave in and have any but another challenge is to not get too jealous of everyone eating theirs!! :feedtroll:

Hi Yoyo Em,

It might just be me, but I though we had to introduce food when we were BMI 25 + 1 stone?

Jen

This bank holiday im DESPERATE to lose 0.8lbs as this would take me to exactly 9 stone for my weigh in Tuesday morning. Im going to the gym each day, not cheating on food. Argghh hope I make it! Had a friends birthday in London tonight, where i had a sparkling water, then gave a lift to my friend on way home who demanded mcdonalds! God im hungry! Tomorrow another friends birthday - pub lunch! I will have my shake!

Hey Jen,

My cdc has always told me that I HAVE to start introducing food at a BMI of 25.
I am 25.something at the moment and she said she is happy for me to do one more week of SS.
3lbs to go then I can have milk!! Haha!
