What makes your halo shine?

My halo is shining today as i have just got my from a girlie weekend away for my sisters 30th and i a stayed 100% SS i didn't touch a drop of drink or food i am so proud that i did. i sat through 2 big fat full breakfast sessions and 2 drinking sessions with muchies of sweets chocolate and crisps and i ate none of it. so i can do it and i didn't feel like i missed out i drank my water in the hot tub while they drank champers so my halo is very shiney

My halo is shining because I managed to get thru the smell of my husband cooking char siu pork which I absolutely LOVE and then listening to him and the kids eating it, then when they had finished I had my chocolate shake and lit some incense to take the smell away

Made bread rolls with my daughter today and didn't eat any of the fresh rolls as they came out of the oven.
Will take water automatically if I drive anywhere and can usually get through 1 litre in every 20 minute journey
