What 'naughty' things do you eat when you've got your TOTM?

I make a fake away (usually an indian complete with onion bhajis and pilau rice) and then eat pannacotta or fake cheesecake.

Pretty much everything bar the kitchen sink! :eek: I'm terrible when it's my TOTM. Probably my ultimate comfort food when I'm on though is a bacon, sausage and hard-boiled egg sandwich with a tbsp of ketchup. It feels really naughty to me, but obviously isn't if cooked the SW way :) xx

i love the alpen light choc and fudge bars really satisfy my sweet tooth. I also like Quorn sausages and cook them and eat them cold later on ;) Generally I just eat and eat when its my totm, i do try to be healthy tho when I can

chocolate i usually save my syns for a twix or crunchie could so do with one now :D

that time of the month is the worst for me i crave like mad!!i usually just eat a couple of curly wurly's or nutella on ryvita... yummy! :7834:

Oh gawd, EVERYTHING. Last week was my tough week so I made loads of low syn treats:

scan bran carrot cake
tofu chocolate pudding
SW jelly sweeties
SW jelly and kwark 'blancmange'
flourless pancakes
rice pudding

All recipes that make good use of free foods. Or maybe some would see it as abuse. ;) I managed to survive the week with only ONE syn too many. :)

hi, i've been really bad the last couple of days, and could have eaten anything, (and probably have) even made some of the sw jelly sweets yesterday and virtually ate the lot in less than 5 mins.:D

I not normally that bad at TOTM but I had * week from about Thursday and I have not stopped eating, I haven't made the right choices even though I surrounded myself with syn free or low syn food. :cry:

I thought it was just me. I started my period on Sat and have just eaten all weekend. Going to try and have a good day today!
Yep I there with you, trying to be good today but WI tonight so not sure if I have anytime for damage limitation. I will just go to the meeting and deal with it.
