what spreads/buter/marg do you use on your toast??

marmite, vegemite - 0
honey, jam, marmalade, nutella - all 0.5
light butter- 0.5
butter - 1
peanut butter - 1
savoury pastes & pate - ranges from about 1 - 4.5 depending on type/brand

I had some jam and toast this morning, it was the yummy hartleys smooth kind :).

OOO ive got some smooth blackcurrent jam in the cupboard, do you measure the amount you use, sorry for all the questions.

I have flora extra light (you can have loads of it for 0.5pt which is good for me because I hate dry toast) and marmite - so doesn't taste any different to 'normal' toast and I don't feel like I'm depriving myself. Marmite on toast is my saviour on WW, I could live on it, haha.

I normally have flora but Theres a new 1 called flora buttery which is still half the fat and only 0.5pts :D

I will only use Lurpack Lighter spread as it tastes really buttery but I try to spread it as thinly as I possibly can now. You can still have a teaspoon for 0.5 points so it doesn’t make too much of a dent in my daily allowance..
I use this too it is yummy, takes as near to real butter as i have found
