I would say 1200 where they say you can make your own 350 cal meals. I don't understand why you can't have them on 1000 though when you can have pasta and potatoes ??
Not helping, am I? There are some oddities about the plan (but then, there are oddities with every plan). My guess is that it's because onions and carrots are quite high in carbs, so if you eat them on SS+ you risk being tipped out of ketosis and getting the munchies.
