    Ok its 6pm and i have WI at 7pm....So what have I just done?
    Eaten a packet of hula hoops and a cadburys creme egg!!!!
    For f*** sake!!!:mad:
    I have been incredibly good all week and usually eat nothing before WI :(
    I didnt even enjoy them :confused:

    I did a stupid thing last night - had a tuna sandwich on white bread, plus two packets of crisps and 4 mini chocolate bars - i will now be being extra good between now and wi on monday!

    Sometimes you just crave these things and I find it's best to just do it, write it off and carry on with the plan!

    Well done on the loss. I am happy to see that i am not alone in doing silly things. Yesterday i had a dairy milk, but it was one of those "bar and a half" ones. Felt guilty and full of shame but it was nice and i had been craving one all week xxxx
