Well done :) I ate 2 subway cookies today for no reason at all.:cry: I think sometimes we just do it without thinking.

Well done on the loss

I did a stupid thing last night - had a tuna sandwich on white bread, plus two packets of crisps and 4 mini chocolate bars - i will now be being extra good between now and wi on monday!

Sometimes you just crave these things and I find it's best to just do it, write it off and carry on with the plan!

Well done on the loss. I am happy to see that i am not alone in doing silly things. Yesterday i had a dairy milk, but it was one of those "bar and a half" ones. Felt guilty and full of shame but it was nice and i had been craving one all week xxxx
