Ah excellent thanks!!! Grapes are down as a low GI lol! There's lots of stuff there I love especially grapefruit which I have with my brekkie everyday anyway
I tend not to lose much if I eat to much fruit and to be honest fruit doesn't really inspire me so i would rather eat more veg.
I love summer berries and a banana a day, but berries at the min are expensive and not that great so I dont bother.
I have read somewhere or seen somewhere that to much fructose can have an adverse affect on some, dont know how true that is, but it certainly seems to apply to me
