What to stock up on?

My muffins (recipe and photo on the recipe thread) are the exact same recipe as the galette, just that I separate the eggs, and whisk the whites... so yes they're fine...

I have heard of people making up the mixture as if for a galette, then placing it in a tupperware and spreading it out as thinly as you can, then microwaving it... and then, when you want to eat it, you can toast it!

(Cat - I've used mine as a base for a "Dukan lemon meringue pie" but that's another story!)
 
Im going to make the liver pate this weekend (after my week of attack lol) and make the galettes into blinis :D
 
Hun you can try and sound like a "posh bird" with your food but we all know the truth!!!!!
