Onions, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes (tinned), plum tomatoes (fresh) and sometimes courgette :) Definitely no celery for me though - I can't stand the stuff, and it permeates whatever dish you put it in! bleurgh! xx

I tend to put in whatever I have but always put in shrooms, peppers, onion, garlic and ovi tomatoes. I put carrots in one the other day and it was super yummy. I also chuck in a big splash of Worcestershire Sauce and some bacon with the fat cut off.

I normally just throw whatever left over veg I've got in there. Green beans are quite nice, carrots, sugar snap peas, baby sweetcorn, mushrooms, peppers, onions, lots of garlic! I normally add 1 slice of super lean bacon diced and a beef oxo cube which helps the sauce thicken. Super tasty!
