I'm wanting to be as good as possible tonight, I'm driving so will be drinking diet coke. But I'm unsure what to have to eat. I don't eat seafood so that's definitely not an option lol

So what would you choose?:

(V) Roasted tomato and red pepper soup
with Buffalo mozzarella & balsamic reduction.

Rosette of oak smoked salmon filled with cream cheese,
prawns and fresh herbs served with granary bread

Grilled lemon chicken kebebs with lemon gremalata.

Crab, smoked haddock and spring onion fishcake
with tarragon butter sauce

(V) Fanned melon with raspberry and strawberry sorbet
Main courses

(B) Steamed lemon sole rolls filled with smoked salmon mousse
on a duo of red wine and white wine sauces,
served with dill new potatoes, mange tout and carrots.

Half of roast duck topped with sour cherry sauce,
served with lyonnaise potatoes and green beans.

Pan fried chicken breast filled with goats cheese and apricots, topped with madeira wine sauce,
served with dauphinoise potatoes and brocolli.

Pan fried lamb madallions on crushed rosemary
roast potatoes topped with port and stilton sauce,
served with green beans and glazed carrots.

Grilled 8oz 10 oz Rib eye with red wine and pink peppercorn sauce, served with freshly steamed green beans,
cauliflower and Boulangere potatoes or thick cut chips.

(V) Asparagus and wild mushroom risitto
topped with parmesan shavings.

Assiette of home made cheesecakes;
Bailey's Irish cream, Malteaser and strawberries and cream

Exotic strawberry and raspberry sorbet with fresh fruits,
topped with chocolate sauce.

Hot strawberries in orange, brandy, cointreau
and green peppercorn sauce.

Variety of English cheeses with celey, grapes
and caramelised red onion marmalade.

Creme brulee with Cointreau and shortbread biscuit.

I'd go for either the soup, lamb or melon to start, and either the lamb or steak, and probably sorbet for dessert.

Thanx for your replies, I think I may go for the chicken, the steak and the sorbet. However the cheesecake is call in me lol, but that will be highly sinned, and I'm sure the sorbet will be lovely :)
