What yoghurts to buy?

Hi i will be starting the Dukan diet on Monday so need to get a shopping list done first.

Can anyone tell me what yoghurt or oatmeal i should buy for the attack stage of the diet. I live in Ireland so not sure what yoghurts are the right ones?

I will probably shop in Tesco so any recommendation be great. Thanks!

I personally get SO confused by yoghurts I buy the fage 0% fat greek yoghurt and add a bit of sweetner and/or flavouring and it tastes just as good as any other vanilla yoghurt! xx

Make sure you buy oatBRAN not oatMEAL, as only the bran is suitable for the diet.

If you can't find it in Tescos try wholefood shops or online (amazon stocks it)

I buy either Total 0% or onken fat free natural yoghurt. I think totals the better one to have, just a bit more expensive

I make my own yoghurt as it's much cheaper, especially when using large quantities of it and having a hubby who's on the dd too. If you have a slow cooker, there's a great recipe in the recipe threat to make your own.
