    Weigh in at 247.2 yesterday

    Weigh in at 6:30 at 246.6

    Weigh in at 10:30 at 245.

    Doubled checked about 8 times, two carpet, three on wooden floor and three on bathroom, linoleium?? I think

    Bit confused!?!?!

    Just to ask the obvious - why are you getting weighed three times a day? ;)

    Probably all to do with water retention or something, but seriously if you have to weigh often just do it every morning at the same time on the same scales.

    Ha. I had to wake up fir 6 to give soneone a lift but didnt have my glasses on and had to squint!

    I usually weigh in at 10 but got back at 10:30.

    Could it be that I didnt have a loss yesterday?

    Actually I sometimes find that if I weigh earlier than normal I am slightly heavier - I put it down to the lead weights in my eyelids :)
    Once I have got up and had a stretch at the normal weigh i time in the mornings, its back as expected.
