what's an realistic weight

sorry hun i wouldn't know, the first time i ever dieted many many moons ago i had 1500 cals a day and lost 3 stone in just over 3 months but in month 2 i cut down to 1200 and by month 3 i was a bit silly and cut down to 800. Hopefully someone will come along shortly with some correct info - good luck though and thanks for help with loading up the photos, it worked! X

Hmm well i'm on the 1200plan and in my 1st week i lost 6lb then have stayed the same since but technically if you were say at WW or SW which are based on 1500kcals the average weight loss is 1-2lbs a week so you could technically lose between 7 and 14lbs all depends really on your body as everyone's individual. Whatever you lose as long as it's down it's in the right direction!!!

I agree, as long as your losing its the right way to go. I know at WW you reduce points as you get closer to goal so i'm sure calories counting is the same, the nearer you get the fewer calories you have. Good luck x
