Whats for breakfast?

3 crispbread with low low spread, ham and 2 boiled eggs so yummy and perfect for lunch but im up early today as dont like rushing breakie :)

I had 6 tinned new potatoes chopped up, 2 rashers of bacon all fat trimmed, 5 mushrooms chopped and half an onion sliced all fried together in fry light .....yummy

Determined to get back on track and actually get a decent loss next week!!
So this morning I had fresh pineapple, grapes and a muller light.
 
Coco shredies with skimmed milk ( h/e a + b ) followed by an apple
 
Hex B 2 slices WM bread toast with scrape extra light flora (1tsp 0.5S) 2scrapes of honey (1 SYN tsp) so 2-3 S for all
 
I always have, All Bran and a activia yoghurt on top. I've always eaten yoggys over my cereal, so i'm lovin' it like i'm not on a diet yey!
 
A good old bacon sandwich for me :) using my HEXB, all the fat cut off the bacon and synning a tbsp reduced salt Heinz tommy k (0.5) :)
 
My usual, really have to try and switch it up but I just make it on autopilot in the mornings!

2 egg omlette with mushrooms, baked beans & a mug of tea :)
 
Porridge made with milk, sweetener and mixed berries. And a banana for later on to tide me over between breakfast and lunch :)
