Yummy where did u get idea from? X

I don't know, I regularly come up with random ideas for food! It was kind of a hmm I've got a lot of calories, what have I got in the fridge? I know, that that and that!

I had an asda meal for one curry last night an tonight as I was horribly carb heavy yesterday I'm having a lowish carb day today so it will be grilled chicken breast with garlic an chilli, American ranch style salad from asda (I ADORE this but its quite high for a salad :( ) and a corn on the cob with maybe a teeny smidge of butter if I've done ok on my fat level for the day! Mmmmmm.

Legomom that sounds delicious! I love corn on the cob :D
Depending on how my burn goes at the gym tonight, I'm having wholewheat conchiglie (pasta shells) with green pesto and some shredded pancetta. YUMYUM!

Chilli con carne in my house tonight... mmmmmmmm!!!

Quite a light dinner tonight.

3 sticks of celery with phili chives light

100g Onken fat free vanilla yoghurt + 1/2 a 'cup' of strawberries and 1/4 'cup' of blueberries with a sprinkling of Splenda..and...

A large glass of dry sherry!

All in all about 550-600 calories. Nom Nom Nom...

Meatballs!!

No idea about dinner tonight but yesterday was a bit skinny for tea (just had enough for a WW micro meal ) so I want something YUM. I'm thinking I might just chuck a chicken breast in a roaster with carrots parsnips onion new baby pots and some garlics lemon an herbs an let it roast merrily away!! Some fresh steamed broccoli and a cheeky dollop of gravy (I'm a gravy addict :) )but I'll need to cal count it out first so I can decide on lunch!!

I hope you know, after reading this, you're responsible for my added purchase of a bottle of sherry yesterday at tesco! Bad Michael! Although I like it sweet rather than dry XD

Back on topic, I had the weight watchers fajitas last night, again with reduced fat stir fry beef from tesco. Tonight I have a family party but I'll mostly stick to the food
I'm taking- a salad made with manchego cheese, mixed leaves, Parma ham, toasted flaked almonds and cherries. White cider vinegar / olive oil dressing.

There's another sherry-lover out there? So this is what it feels like when doves cry! Haha! I've never met anyone else that likes it.

Your dinner sounds fantastic. I'm mercilessly hungover today...not sure half a carton of brocolli and stilton soup is going to cut it!

Too much sherry? Haha! At university I was a choral scholar so it was required that after Sunday service we would go and "socialise" with the dons, guest speaker and the chaplain- and we got free sherry, free port and biscuits! So I soon developed a taste for "old person" booze!

Haha! That story didn't end how I thought it would!

Ooh port, that's a favourite of mine too! I can't imagine it's very good calorie-wise though...? (Crosses fingers in hope).

Good grief fattack, you seem to be quite the sophisticated lady! I seen on a thread the other day that you went to Oxford - bloody Nora! At my university we just skip the sherry and go straight for the vodka...
I was out last night, so I too am very hungover today Michael. The worst is, even though you tell yourself that you'll be good, I always get the uncontrollable mega munchies when I've got a tipple in me. :17729: I practically demolish everything is sight, but that's maybe because I'm a student so I'm probably so tipsy that I've forgotten that I just ate 10 minutes ago. :D

A single port (before mixer) is 90 calories. That's actually not too bad alcohol wise if you ask me! I usually go for vodka and diet coke, so it's just 50 calories each. I HATE diet coke and all those fizzy things, but on a night out it's probably much better than some of the other stuff you could drink.

I wonder what a southern c over ice with a dash of soda water is?? I can live with that!! Diet pop is eeeeevil!!! Diet dr pepper or sprite are sort of drinkable but sadly not on tap in the pubs :( I do miss my cocktails.......
