Just threw in mushrooms, pepper, red and green chilli, raw king prawns, Chinese 5 spice, ginger, garlic, spring onions, peas and teaspoon of sesame oil after fry lighting the base, let it go for a couple of mins then drizzled over egg whites (I buy a carton so easier than whole eggs), light soy sauce and some cooked rice left over from last night. Took about 10 mins in total and was lovely.

SW chips! I actually make these in the microwave. (Thanks vintagepockets for the idea) and instead of finishing them off in the oven i finish them off on a hot pan with spray oil and sprinklings of smoked paprika, salt, pepper and anything else of the hot and spicy variety. So ao good! Perfect chips

My dinner! So good. The mung bean wraps filled with vegetable and quorn chilli, weight watcher cheese and then SW chips on the side. Some chips were covered in chilli and cheese and ither just plain. Such a tasty dinner and FREE
