Wow putting other men to shame there!! Lol I can't imagine my husband even attempting a roast!

It tasted really good. The smell of rosemary and garlic was so incredible....

I'm at work tonight so it'll be a salad (lettuce, cucumber, carrot, red pepper, sweetcorn + prawns) with a small fruit salad (grapes, mango, raspberries, strawberries) + hifi deluxe bar (hex b 2) (doing a success express day)

Very lean rump steak a few sw chips, lots of frylite roasted Mediterranean veggies and a bit of peppercorn sauce (3syns) can't wait!
