Recipe, pretty please, Danni? :D x

For 4, 1 syn each.

400ml chicken stock
2 tbsp soy sauce
4tbsp tomato purée
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 tsp sweetener
2 tbsp medium curry powder
1 level tbsp corn flour
4 chicken breasts
4 red peppers
2.5cm root ginger
2 small red onions, quartered
2 tomatoes, quartered
6 spring onions

Cook chicken and set aside.

In a bowl whisk soy sauce, stock, tomato puree, vinegar, sweetener, curry powder as corn flour.

After chicken is cooked wipe frying pan and re-spray fry peppers then add ginger.

Pour in stock, onions and tomatoes and cook for further 10 mins.

Scatter over spring onions and serve.

My tweaks:
I halved recipe for 2 and only used one pepper, also fried onions with peppers and only sprinkled over 1 spring onion.

:) x

LM red onion & rosemary sausages, new potatoes & roasted carrots & aubergine.

It was my first time having the sausages & they were yummy :) x

We had a chilli made with turkey mince. Three syns per portion as it wasn't extra lean. Think I prefer beef mince though.
