What is sticky chicken?

Its a recipe I got from the website about a month ago. So simple.....

3 tbsps honey
3 tbsps soy sauce
3 tbsps balsamic vinegar

mix it together and marinade the chicken then cook over a low heat, the marinade starts to turn thick & gloopy which i throw over my salad. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Can't wait!

Lemon chicken, mushroom chow mein and veggie stir fry. I might use a syn of cornflour for the lemon sauce if I can find any in my cupboard

There's a Butter Chicken recipe in this years calendar - think its March! I have made it and it's yummy, though I've not had it before so nothing to compare it to!

I use whatever I have in the cupboards, sometimes proper chow mein noodles from the asian supermarket but mostly the sharwoods ones from any shop.
