managed 2 get the warburtons square wraps so having 1/2 of 1 for 4syns pizza with tomotoe puree,ham, peppers, chicken,mushrooms and 25g of light cheddar another 3.5syns,sw chips and salad another 2syns for the salad cream.Makes it 9.5syns but only had 1syn today so guess i deserve a treat!
