and SW wedges and veggies!!!

Starting my fishy week today - eek!
So having tuna steaks marinated in soy, ginger, garlic, chilli and a teeny bit of sesame oil - 1 syn, cooked nice and rare
Served with veggie stir fried noodles with another teeny bit of sesame oil.
Now... off to marinate my tuna!

tonight will be prawn stir fry!!!!! going to treat myself aswell tonight as well, it being saturday and all, with a little flour on the prawns to crisp them up a bit, and batter them a touch x
 
Does anyone have any tips/tricks to stopping SW chips from sticking REALLY badly to foil? I'm using frylight but they always stick :(
 
Use non stick foil! Or coated pans.
Those chips crispers you can get in 99p shops also dont seem to stick.
 
I had SW potato wedges, chicken breasts wrapped in bacon with a sprig of thyme and Melanzane alla parmigiana (baked aubergines with a tomato sauce with mozzarella).

It was gorgeous.
