E/E day for me as was out for tea ended up at chinese takeaway stall in trafford centre, think i went for the best option chicken fried rice?Can only find special fried rice in directory so counting it as that = 9.5 syns, at home now so better have some superfree foods , melon and loads of frozen blackberries(defrosted)

As I had such a fulfilling and late lunch, at dinner time I really didn't feel the need to eat, so about an hour ago I had big bowl of fruit salad with activia fatfree vanilla yoghurt.
