On a red day so having gammon, 2 eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes and pineapple! nom, think i'll have to have a creme egg later too lol can afford to spend 9 syns on one x
I made myself a warm chicken salad. 2 chicken breasts seasoned and wrapped in foil in the oven, with salad leaves, red onion, red pepper, cucumber and 42g of reduced fat feta cheese (Healthy extra) plus a small baked potato with fat free cottage cheese.
I'm on a green day and had pasta, courgettes & mushrooms cooked in vegatable stock, with LF chive philly (HEB) stirred in - wow, it was so yummy and comforting after a pain in the bum, cold day
Been a bit naughty and have just eaten a raher scrummy indian takeaway, had prawn jalfrezi, boiled rice and a few poppadums, have not used many syns this weekend so should be ok, but it's weigh in tomorrow so probably not the best day to have done it! oh well enjoyed every mouthful
