I can’t remember if I’ve already posted this or not so I’ll do it again if I have!
Our tea tonight will be 2 turkey sausages (4 syns) – OH will have normal ones and probably about a million the skinny bugger! – 2 asda hashbrowns (3 syns – smaller than mccains) baked beans, mushrooms, “fried” onion and 3 cheese slices (HEa)

Im having chicken and bacon wrap with a big pile of carrot n turnip and a couple of roasties (frylight of course :))! Yummy x

I made two tuna fishcakes last night so they are currently in the fridge at home, and I will be having them with salad and celeriac wedges with dip.

the pizza topped chicken breast was a great sucess so simple too all the family loved it, even my quorn chick fillets tasted nice and moist for a change! so will be doing that one again.
tonight im cooking a pork tenderloin cassarole and a vegetable cassarole for my self with new potatoes and crusty bread for the lucky ones!

Gammon steak with egg, veg and 227g of potato wedges

Today is my last red day this week, and can't wait for my pasta indulgence tomorrow!

Beany veg curry with basmati rice.

Do you have a recipe for this? Or is it just made up as you go alone - my curries always fall flat without all the naughty bits :(

Thanks xx

Mmmm sounds delish!!!! How did you make this? x

I got it off the SW recipe thread, here it is

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon plain flour

1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
500g/1.1 lb lamb mince

Method:
Preheat oven to gas mark 4/180C/350F

In a large bowl, combine the plain flour, dried oregano, dried Italian herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.

Add the lamb mince and mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes. Take out all of your aggression on the kebab mixture, punching and kneading until no air pockets remain and the kebab meat is extremely smooth.

Shape the seasoned mince into a loaf and place on a baking tray.

Bake in the middle shelf of the oven for 1 hour 20 minutes, turning the loaf half way through the cooking time to ensure even browning.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and cover with foil. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.

Slice the donor kebab as thinly as possible and serve with pitta, salad and sauces!!!

Made kids pancakes for their tea which they stuffed with choc sauce, bananas, squirty cream , Nutella , maple syrup, golden syrup......

......but we are having Pasta and Smoked Salmon!!
