Whats for tea tonight?

EE day so I'm going to try and make a beef stroganoff - If I use fromage frais instead of cream it'll be syn free - won't it?? :confused:

Last night as day 5 of my fishy week, had cod, chips & mushy peas.....with a couple of wallys!! - oh it was truly scrumptious

I had carrot soup as a starter just to make sure I had my superfree...although probably had that already at lunch!!

I have made a very garlicky chicken casserole and added carrots, potatoes, mushrooms and onions - will serve it up with some broccoli xx
 
I'm doing potato, sweet potato and parsnip chips with scotch egg and baked beans:D
 
Beef stew and a tiny dumpling! Not sure it was worth the 6 syns but it was nice. Worked it out as 3 at first, then realised after I ate it I forgot to syn the flour!! Doh! Never mind!
 
Have cooked chilli with 227g potato cut into wedges and baked in the oven. Served with ol del paso thick and chunk Tomato salsa (0.5 syn 2 level tsp) wit 42g of cheddar and some ww reduced fat sour cream (0.5 syn per level tbsp) yummy!!!
 
Quorn 'meatless' balls in tomato and vegetable sauce with pasta. Might even grate on some HExA cheese. Nommy.
 
BBQ porn loin with mash, carrots, broccoli, sprouts and roast veg all with syn free red onion gravy over the top mmmmmm I cant wait it starving!! X
