Chicken breast cut down the middle filled with Hex a cheese spread (I use philli light garlic or black pepper) wrapped in lean bacon and wrapped in foil. Cooked in medium oven for 20 mins as I say dont overcook it as it goes tough. Think the philli flavour ones are prob synned slightly but as I have loads to lose I do get away with using these as hex a at the moment. ssh

If it's not affecting your losses then fair enough but I think philli is only a b choice and only on green.. Check with someone else/your book as I'm out and don't have mine.. It might matter one day when it comes to losses even if not now.. xx

Mexican Bake from latest magazine, doubled quantities to make it for us both, also added diced chorizo (7.0 syns for half the packet) and some chilli flakes.

Just had a quick taste while putting in Tupperware for work and it tastes nice.

Monkfish comes in a boneless fillet it is chunky and plump, very meatyin texture. Unless you buy the tail which is what most supermarkets stock which has one long bone down the middle that can be cut out easily before ot after cooking. It is expensive though. (used to be the fish counter girl in sainsburys lol)
