:17729ooh, it's weigh in night and I am thinking about having a treat afterwards- maybe fish, chips and mushy peas from the chippy and with half of the batter removed as a nod to SW I have hardly used any syns since monday because I have had a horrid cold so I can probably afford it anyway - I'd better check the syns first though!

hi do you mind me asking how you make this ppppplease?

To make the tomato sauce use tinned toms, peppers, onions and garlic mix together with italian herbs like oregano, basil or anything you like and mix in with the pasta and bake it for 25 mins and add cheese if you want on top of the mixture (cheese be a HEXB).
