Some sort of White (cod like) fish with wilted spinach, cherry toms, mushrooms with garlic and a side salad. Very yummy

Thanks! I'm a big lover of big portions and when my mum was looking through my phone camera pics she was horrified at the portion sizes but hey! I am also a fan of sauces and condiments as they make me feel like I'm eating "normally"! Lol! Yours looks good too. X

I had peppered quorn steaks (much better than the minted lamb), jacket potato with sw pretend sour cream and mushy peas, followed by WW yoghurt and a lemon hi-fi

I had 3 fat free sausages (2 regular, one chicken and leek)- not official, so counted as 1 syn each
with bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes, all on 2 pieces of toast

I had the most scrumptious Carbonara ..with turkey, bacon, mushrooms onions and huge side salad, carbonara sauce was made with 5 laughing cow lights (Hexa) and water, very yummy very syn free xx

No idea yet, have work again tonight, starting at 5. So it will be something that can fit in a plastic tub. (Not a takeaway, unfortunately)

Last night I had provencal chicken - chicken wrapped in bacon cooked in a tomato, onion and garlic sauce.
With roasted new tatos, broccoli, courgette and carrots.

Although one of my tatos exploded during the roasting process. Funny. But annoying to clean up!!

Tonight is macaroni cheese - SW stylee.

pork shank in sweet and sour sauce from Aldi (1.5syns) - it was awesome...
plus cauli, brocolli, green beans and carrots and 1 sml potato boiled

Oh wow, I need me some of these!! Never knew they exsisted and they sound delicious!!!

Not 100% sure yet as am heading to visit my parents for the weekend.

Hopefully my mum will have remembered to take me a salmon fillet out of the freezer, so it will be that, with lemon juice and soy sauce, and tons of veg. If she hasn't remembered then it'll be whatever I can find in their freezer and cupboards that is SW friendly!

They also do one in peppercorn sauce but slightly higher syns. There are quite a few of free / low syns lamb shanks in gravies as well

I don't like lamb, but the pork ones sound good. Gonna hunt some down tomorrow!!x
