Going up my mums for tea and she's making curry, with madras paste so I'll have to syn that and I'm taking my own mint sauce, mango chutney and onion chutney - all syn free of course! I had a gain last week so trying harder this week but can't turn dwn madras mmm lol xx

We are having Sweet Potato Curry (0 syns) with basmati rice and natural yog on the side (fat free of course!!)

Chicken Jambalaya if you have tinned toms, chicken stock and rice?

Thanks again made some kind of version of jambalaya. No tomatoes so pasatta did the job and some smoked paprika gave the illusion of chorizo.
