Braising steak,onions,carrotts & beef stock, smells flipping lovely!

think I'll do some SW roasties & a big pile of spring green cabbage too to keep the cold out

Think I'm gonna do a roast tonight....not done one since being on SW

Been inspired by all the slow cooking going on. In my slow cooker git chicken, butter beans, carrots, mushrooms, leeks and onuon with garlic and sage and chicken stock Mmmmm gonna make that cheese comfort pie recipe to go with it I think. I can't wait!
