Tonight I had a roast pork Saturday roast....
1st roast I've had since starting SW, no reason, just hadn't done one.....I enjoyed it so much, and decided to be a devil and have a couple of batters too!!! Well worth the 4syns

Looks lovely,funny aren't we,I havnt done a roast yet either,teen boys always out, I've been having a day off cooking on Sundays, I did intend to buy a chicken today for tomorrow,but I didn't. I could live on roasts!
