Home made burgers, coleslaw and bbq sauce with salad and new pots.

Slow cooked a whole chicken but went quite dry due to a late finish at work and it had been sitting in there for 10 hours on low then resting for over another hour so naturally needed to make a sauce so my roast chicken dinner turned into a chicken and tomato sauce mixed into cook pasta

Had pork loin, roasted purple and normal potato, roast red onion and courgette (all roasted with fresh garlic crushed over) with leeks. Touch of gravy.

am out tonight so its a quick tea for me.. cheese and broccoli pasta and sauce with strips of bacon, and cheese on top..hhmm one of my faves i have to be honest!!
